sheeps are a central animal in kazak culture, every kazak man knows hot to kill a sheep. and knows how to cook each part of it. this sheep was offered to me by some nice friends in taraz. this is his last glance. the first dish that they offer to me were the balls which are said to have great afrodisiac properties. therefore all the men literally fight to eat as much ball’s meat as they can. the balls are tipically fried with onion. in spain they say that the more onion you eat the more big will be your dick. so from a spanish-kazak point of view, the sheep balls fried with onion are an afrodisiac bomb.
